Terms of Service

These terms govern the services provided by Visibly Agency ("Visibly", "we", "us") and your use of visiblyagency.com. By engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms. We'll always confirm the specifics of your project in writing before we begin.

Our services

We provide digital services including websites, branding, content, social media, business setup, online ordering and ongoing support. The exact scope of each project is agreed with you before any work begins.

Quotes & payment

Every project is quoted individually. To begin work, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining 50% due on completion — before the final website or files are handed over or made live. Payment details are set out in your quote.

Deposits & cancellations

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has started. If you choose to cancel the project later, the deposit is retained to cover the work and time already committed to your project.

Revisions

Each project includes two (2) rounds of revisions throughout the work. Additional revisions or new requests beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Timelines

We provide estimated timelines and work hard to meet them, but delivery depends on receiving your content, feedback and approvals on time. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Ownership

Once a project is completed and fully paid, the final website, designs and content are yours to keep and use. We may feature the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to use any text, images, logos or other materials you provide to us for your project.

Liability

We deliver our work with care and professionalism, but we cannot guarantee specific business results. Our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
